Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Important Notice

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ANEE TOUR AND TRAVEL.

Booking & Reservations Section 1

1.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ANEE TOUR AND TRAVEL. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from us.

1.2 Advance Booking

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for local services and 72 hours for hill station and outstation trips to ensure vehicle availability, especially during peak tourist seasons.

1.3 Booking Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Changes must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time for hill trips.

1.4 Identification Requirements

Customers must provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of boarding for all outstation, hill station, and overnight trips as per Himachal Pradesh tourism regulations.

Payments & Pricing Section 2

2.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing includes base fare, distance charges, and time charges. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, night surcharges, hill station permits, and state taxes as applicable in Himachal Pradesh.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash payments
  • UPI transfers
  • Bank transfers
  • Digital wallets
2.3 Payment Terms

For local trips, payment is due at the end of the journey. For hill station and outstation trips, 50% advance payment is required at booking confirmation, with the balance due before trip commencement.

2.4 Price Changes

ANEE TOUR AND TRAVEL reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice, especially during peak seasons. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

3.1 Refund Processing

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original payment method.

3.2 Weather Cancellations

For hill station trips cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or road closures, we offer full refunds or rescheduling options without any charges.

Responsibilities Section 4

4.1 Customer Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination details
  • Be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time
  • Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
  • Inform about any medical conditions or special requirements in advance for hill trips
  • Carry necessary identification and permit documents for hill station travel
  • Follow driver's instructions during mountain driving for safety
4.2 Company Responsibilities
  • Provide well-maintained vehicles suitable for hill terrain
  • Ensure punctual pickup and drop services
  • Employ trained and professional drivers with mountain driving experience
  • Maintain proper insurance coverage
  • Provide 24/7 customer support
  • Assist with necessary permits for restricted areas in Himachal
4.3 Prohibited Activities

Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances, carrying hazardous materials, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Littering in hill areas is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Insurance Section 5

5.1 Insurance Coverage

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured as per legal requirements of Himachal Pradesh. However, personal belongings of customers are not covered under our insurance policy.

5.2 Liability Limitations

ANEE TOUR AND TRAVEL shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, landslides, road closures in hill areas, traffic congestion, or mechanical failures.

5.3 Customer Belongings

Customers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend not leaving valuables in the vehicle unattended, especially during sightseeing stops in hill stations.

5.4 Altitude Sickness Disclaimer

For trips to high-altitude destinations, customers are responsible for their health and should consult with medical professionals regarding altitude sickness precautions. We are not liable for any health issues arising from altitude conditions.

Privacy & Data Protection Section 6

6.1 Data Collection

We collect necessary personal information for providing our services, including name, contact details, identification details, and travel information. This data is protected and used only for service-related purposes as per Himachal Pradesh tourism guidelines.

6.2 Data Usage

Customer data is used solely for booking confirmation, service delivery, and communication regarding the service. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or tourism authorities.

6.3 Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, including booking confirmations, updates, weather advisories for hill trips, and promotional offers.

Dispute Resolution Section 7

7.1 Complaint Procedure

Any complaints regarding our services should be reported immediately to our customer support team at +91 9816305052 or via email to info@aneetourandtravels.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh.

7.3 Amendments

ANEE TOUR AND TRAVEL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
